This procedure describes how to reload a software product to a vehicle.

This procedure is based on a case where a customer has problem with the air conditioning in the vehicle. Fault tracing has been performed and shows that the CCM (Climate Control Module) needs to be replaced.

1. Replace the CCM hardware.

2. Open the Software tab and select Hardware Changes in the Find/Add Software panel.

3. Click the icon to perform a new vehicle readout.

ð	The panel is populated with a list of possible hardware changes. The CCM reload appears in the list.

4. Select the CCM reload software by ticking the checkbox.

5. Click the Add Software button to add the software to the order queue.

ð	The CCM reload software is transferred to the list under the Order Queue tab in the panel on the right-hand side of the screen.

6. Click the Purchase button.

ð	A pop-up is shown containing a text field for adding an order reference to the purchase.

7. Enter an order reference and click the Ok button.

ð	The progress of the purchase is displayed in a progress bar.

8. When the purchase is completed, order details about the software to be downloaded are shown below the list of queued orders. Check if a USB memory is needed and make sure that you have one available if needed. Click the Continue button.

ð	Information about the downloading process is presented.

9. Read the information and if needed, make the necessary preparations mentioned in the information. Click the Start button to start the software download.

ð	The software download is started. You can follow the download process in a progress bar.

10. Click the Ok button to end the software download session.
