This procedure describes how to add a customer profile.

Click drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the application.
Search for the customer to make sure that the customer profile is not already available in Volvo Central Database. For instructions on how to search for a customer, see Searching a customer profile.
If the customer is already existing in the system, select the customer and click
.If no customer is found, this is indicated with a red message box. Click the

Fill in the customer's data.
