Under the Diagnostic Sequences tab you can see all diagnostic sequences that are relevant for the function that you have selected in the Function drop-down menu. Diagnostic sequences that are related to a component selected in the Ranked list are shown here as well. A diagnostic sequence, which is a script, uses vehicle communication to test or calibrate the selected component.

By clicking the name of a diagnostic sequence in the list, the script is triggered. A pop-up is opened containing information and further instructions on what you need to do in order to fulfil the test or calibration.
