Paint

On this page you can search and add operations for paint repairs to a work list. The page has two main sections:

1. Search and tree structure panel

In the search field, you can search for a paint operation by entering the operation number or a search string. Perform the search by clicking the icon. The search function also supports search by key words.

Below the search function, the paint operations are presented in a tree structure, structured by function group. Each function group in the tree structure can be expanded by clicking the icon or by double clicking the function group until you find the right function.

2. List of operations

When a search has been performed or a function is selected from the tree structure, a list of operations is presented in the right-hand panel.

Packages

If there is a package available for an operation, this is indicated with a icon. By clicking this icon, a pop-up is opened from which you can see details of the package and add it to a work list. Parts included in the package can be added separately to a work list or parts list, if desired.

Please note the following:

  • If you add a package to a work list, the operation and parts are automatically included.

  • If you add an operation to a work list, the package is not automatically included.

  • There is often a max quantity limit (1) for each package you add to a work list.

Select operation(s) to add by using the checkboxes on the left-hand side of each row in the list. From the drop-down menu below the list, you can select the list you want to add the operation(s) to. You can also select to create a new one. Retrieve a quick view of a list by clicking View List. When desired list is selected, click the Add to List button to add the operation(s).

Note

Note

It is not possible to have more than max quantity (often 1) of an operation or package in a list. If the max quantity is already reached when adding and item, this is indicated with a notification.
