Workshop Appointment Management

The Workshop Appointment Management functionalities are handled on the following two pages:

1. Manage appointment

This page is opened by clicking an appointment ID in any list under the Appointments tab. This page, where you can manage the selected appointment, is opened in a new browser window.

2. Create appointment

This page is opened by selecting a customer in any list under the Appointments tab and clicking the Create New Appointment button. This page, where you can create requests for appointments and perform pre-bookings for the selected customer, is opened in a new browser window.
